How It Works.
Once you attain the required amount of SunPoker VIP points in a month for a level you receive the benefits that that level offers. Your status lasts until the end of the following calendar month or until you qualify for a higher level. Once you reach a level just email Support@SunPoker.com to have your level increased. At the end of the month you’re Sun Points reset to zero and you begin to qualify again.
VIP Club Points can be cashed in from the cashier at a rate of $3.75 per 1000 points. Cash them in when ever you want. There is no waiting for the end of the month to receive your cash back. Points will be deducted from point balance but won’t affect you loyalty level.
