What is GetRake.com?
GetRake.com is an independent web site made of and for poker players, gamblers and sport betters. Our main task is to provide good deals with the largest and best web sites in the world for poker, casino and sports betting. We have made agreements with over 200 partners in which we receive commission each month based on the activity GetRake members generate. Over 90% of the commission GetRake receives from such activity is each month distributed among our members in form of Rakeback and more. Membership is free.
Below you find detailed information about the concept GetRake.com. To fully understand the concept, please read this document sequential (in the order it is written).

How does GetRake earn money?
Within the online gambling and shopping industry there is large competition on getting new costumers. Therefore most of the serious web-sites offer a percentage of what they earn on costumers referred to them through banners and other advertise methods. Such agreements are called affiliate agreements. What we can earn in commission from affiliate agreements depends on the content of the agreement and the activity of our members. For instance an average poker player generates about $100 a month to a poker website in rake. GetRake has made agreements with websites that gives us 20 – 50% of this rake back. Over 90% of the commission GetRake receives from such activity is each month distributed among our members in form of Rakeback and other benefits. (RakeBack = Percentage of what a site earns on your activity.

How can I get commission on my activity?
When you are a registered GetRake member you can choose which site(s) you want to earn commission from in our partner section. There you will find an overview on which online poker rooms, casinos, bookies and shops we have made agreements with. You will also find a brief presentation on each website and ratings from our members. In order to get commission on your activities it is important that you download software and register new accounts through our banners and links. When you register on the site you wish to play/shop on you must immediate after go to your profile section at GetRake. There you provide us with the information we need to calculate the commission you generate. You will find what information we need by accessing
“my profile” > “Your sites” > “Register site” and choosing the website you want to register information for. Usually we need your “nick” and/or member ID
We treat this information secret; it will only be visible for you and GetRake

Your commissions will be transferred to one of your user accounts (a GetRake partner) selected by GetRake management. You will be informed of this from
my profile > info > Income section.
Member status
In order for you to fully understand the rest of the concept you now need to learn about the different levels of membership you can achieve and how you can achieve them.
There are 5 different member levels. These levels give different rights and benefits in the future. You can view your own and others member level in your/their profile and in our forums. Once you have achieved a level you will never go back to a lower level.
Note: The term GRP points will be used in this section. You don’t know what this is yet.
But don’t worry; we will explain this in the next section of this document
Requirement:
All members start at this level.
Rights:
As a rookie you are sort of a trial member, but you still get access to almost everything at GetRake.com. Use our partners, link sections, forums, rate sites etc.
As a rookie you receive 75% of commissions we receive from your activity each month from those partners giving this opportunity. (Individual Payout, more about this later).
You are also qualified to earn commission on members you refer to GetRake.
Requirement:
You become a Member when you have received a total of min. 250 GRP points (from sign up date). As mentioned you will learn about GRP points in the next section of this document. Accumulation of 250 GRP points is so easy that most members will achieve this within their first month as a GetRake member.
Rights:
In addition to rights already mentioned for rookie you might now change your profile icon with a personal picture.
As a member you receive 80% of all commissions we receive from your activity each month from those partners giving this opportunity (Individual Payout).
Requirement:
You become a Gold Member when you have received a total of min. 3.000 GRP points.
Rights:
As a Gold Member you receive 85% of all commissions we receive from your activity each month from those partners giving this opportunity (Individual Payout).
Requirement:
You become a Diamond Member when you have received a total of 20.000 GRP points.
Rights:
In addition to rights mentioned above you start each new season (6 months) with an extra 25 GRP points.
You are qualified to participate in Special Diamond tournaments.
As a Diamond Member you receive 88% of commissions we receive from your activity each month from those partners giving this opportunity (Individual Payout).
Requirement:
When you have received a total of min. 100.000 GRP points.
Rights:
In addition to rights mentioned above you start each new season (6 months) with an extra 50 GRP points.
As a VIP Member you receive 92% of commissions we receive from your activity each month from those partners giving this opportunity (Individual Payout).
We reserve the right to change requirement and rights on short notice.
What is the GRP system? (GetRake Profit)
The website GetRake is to be further developed in cooperation with our members. Our goal is to unite various types of gamblers all over the world. To get a massive and continued growth we will award those members who in various ways contributes to growth and turnover to GetRake.com. To this purpose we have created a pot called GRP (GetRake Profit). The pot is created to share some of the GetRake turnover (about 15%) between the members that contributes the most to GetRake growth in various ways.
This pot will accumulate for seasons of 6 months. After 6 months the pot will be
split and a new pot will accumulate the next 6 months to be split at
the end of that season, and so on.
Who will share this pot? This pot will be split among those members contributing the most to GetRake growth in various ways. We measure this with the GRP table found on the main page as a logged inn member. Click on “view complete list” on the bottom of the GRP table on main page to see how many members the current pot will be split between current season and how much is in the pot.

How are GetRake commissions divided?
Our partners offer information on member activity and commissions in different ways. Therefore we have to divide the commission in four different ways, depending on the affiliate agreement from each site. In our partner section you will see that all of our partner profiles is marked with one of these icons.
(The two most used are collective and individual).
Partners marked with this icon signify that the partner will pay commission based on your activity directly to your user account at that partner each month or week.
(Example 5-50% RakeBack on poker champs to you, based on your activity there).
In addition GetRake will receive a small commission based on your activity.
A portion of this will be divided between our GRP pot and our free roll pot.
How much you benefit from our Direct Payout partners does not vary between the different GetRake member levels. All members receive the same agreement.
Partners marked with this icon signify that the statistic report we receive from this partner gives us detailed information of how much commission each member generates to us. This means that we will credit each member based on his or her actual activity. You will receive up to 92% of the commission you generate to GetRake from these partners. How much you get is based on your member status.
Commissions from these partners (Individual) are divided according to the table below.
(The column “requirement” explains how many GRP points are needed to achieve level).
Example:
If you are a Gold member (collected 3.000 GRP points or more since signup) and generated $290 in commission to our community 1 month, that commission will be divided like this:
Personal (commission to you): 290 * 82% = $237,8
Sponsor (The member that referred you): 290 * 7% = $20,3
Free roll pot: 290 * 1% = $2,9
GRP pot: 290 * 1% = $2,9
Company: 290 * 9% = $26,1
Note:
Partners marked with this icon signify that the statistic report we receive from this partner gives us information on which members have a minimum activity (produced $5 in rake/commission) each month. This means that we will divide most of the total commission (70% of it) equally between members with a minimum of activity each month.
GetRake total commission from these partners are divided like this:
70 % divided equally between members with minimum activity previous month.
10 % to our GRP pot.
10 % to our promotion pot. (Free roll tournaments and competitions).
10 % to the company Marketing Concepts Ltd that owns GetRake.com
How much you benefit from our Semi Individual Payout partners
does not vary between the different GetRake member levels.
All members receive the same agreement.
Partners marked with this icon signify that our agreement with this partner gives us no information on activity from our members. From these partners we only receive information of our total commission. Therefore we have to divide commissions from such partners in a different way, and we have chosen a way that every GetRake member will benefit from.
GetRake total commission from these partners is divided like this:
50% to free rolls, competitions and to build a large GRP pot
Some partners are marked with this icon. It signifies that the partner is new and has to be evaluated. (Or maybe we have a new dialogue with the partner to get a new and better agreement with them).
Until this icon changes this partner is treated as a collective payout partner.
(All commissions from them will be divided according to collective structure).
For our most active members it will be most to gain by playing on all “Direct Payout”, ”individual Payout” and ”semi Individual Payout” partners. But it would also be much to gain to play at “collective payout” websites, especially if you throughout recruitment of new members and activity on partner sites contribute to GetRake growth.
And of course there will be many good deals from our collective partners as well.
Furthermore it is clear that the management of GetRake will work hard to get as many of our partners as possible to transform to either “direct payout” or “individual payout” partners in the future. So if you are registered at one of our “collective payout” partners you will automatically get “direct payout” or “individual payout” rights as we make such agreement changes with our partners.
So gamblers unite.
The more members we are, the better agreements for our community.
How and when is commissions paid out?
GetRake will pay commission from your own activity, from referred members activity and competitions once a month. (GRP pot is divided once every 6 month).
Your Individual partner and sponsor bonus commissions will be transferred to your choice of payment option once a month.

No restrictions on commissions. May be withdrawn at your request from partner account.

What is the promotion pot?
A percentage of the commissions GetRake receives from their partners will go to a promotion pot. Funds from this pot will be used to provide prizes on various competitions and free roll tournaments for our members. All GetRake members are qualified to enter most of these competitions/tournaments. Some competitions or free roll tournaments may require qualification.
The reason for having a promotion pot is simple -To secure continued growth of members. Remember the more members we are, the better agreements we can get with our partners. It also allows us to share commissions we can’t divide individually (For example shopping commissions) as fairly as possible between GetRake members (our community).
Forums
We want Getrake to be a meeting place for gamblers from all over the world. In addition to information about our partners and various rankings GetRake will host various forums for discussions. Our main language for this is English. However we are monitoring where our members come from and will open forums for more languages as we get enough members from different countries. Approved activity in forums is awarded with 0,1 GRP points (maximum of 10 points pr season).
Our forum moderators will decide whether a post is approved or not. Bruise, indelicate and unnecessary posts will be deleted and will not generate any GRP points.
